SOPA = CENSORSHIP

SOPA

SOPA = CENSORSHIP

I oppose SOPA the "Stop Online Piracy Act." My opponent, Congressman John Barrow, is one of just 29 co-sponsors. Another serious policy difference between us, I support the First Amendment - Congressman John Barrow SPONSORS censorship.

We need to take the necessary steps to prevent online piracy, but we cannot do so at the detriment or sacrifice of our First Amendment rights. SOPA hurts innovation and kill jobs at a time when we need creative start-up small businesses. I support protecting both intellectual and physical property rights, but not at the price of free speech.
